The ones of y'all who've craved a particular food that you can only get very rarely raise your hands. (Oh, my! That's . . . everyone!)
Mr. Pork Chop's chops certainly fit that category for me. Big, thick, salty chops. Terrific flavor. A true RAGBRAI tradition.
I looked at their website but it doesn't appear they "choop" outside of RAGBRAI. Shame.
